Here are some questions we routinely ask you as you're planning to host an EKU. Having the answers ready helps us help your event succeed.
How many classrooms do you have available?
How many are on each floor and is there an elevator available?
Do you have access to electricity in these rooms?
Do some rooms have access to a water source?
Is there a kitchen available and will it be used for lunch prep AND classes?

Is it a dry site (no alcohol), a damp site (beer, wine, mead), or a wet site (all forms of alcohol allowed)? This directly affects the brewing classes.

Is there a place for fighter classes? Is there room for outside classes (falconry, coursing, archery, fencing, equestrian, etc)?
What kind of parking facilities are available? EKU typically runs 100 to 250 people.
Will there be a lunch? What time will it be served? We schedule classes to keep this time available.
Will there be a feast? What time will it be served? We try to end at least one half hour before the feast to allow for cleanups and packing.
Is this an RP? What time is court scheduled?
When does the site close? All classes should be done 1 to 2 hours before we need to be off site.
Is the site near any public transportation hubs?
Is it handicaped-accessible (parking, bathrooms, steps, classrooms)?
Are there any restrictions?
